Our in-house translators mostly work with popular texts of medium complexity or with topics they specialize in. For all other texts and narrow topics we assign qualified freelance translators and industry experts.
It’s not enough to be just a good technical translator. One should clearly understand the meaning of the text to put it down correctly in the target language. As it is definitely impossible to master all possible technical topics, we divide the translators by specializations and assign to them correspondent projects only.
We know how to speed the work up and keep great quality
No, we won't make our translators work extra hours and die from exhaustion. No, we won't drag and drop your text to an instant online translation magic service. We just organize translators' work the right way and use all technologies at our disposal.
Group Work We use software that lets our translators and editors work on the text simultaneously. Thus translators's groups can be from 2 to any number of people depending on the project, and editors don't have to sit and wait until the text is finished, they can start proofreading as soon as the first parts are delivered.
Choice of Translators We choose from 100+ translators located all over Russia, and have teams of translators specializing in different fields. This saves us lots of hours that we would have needed if we had to build a team from scratch.
Smart Use of Repetitions Most technical texts contain repetitions, and we use special software to find them and prevent translators from translating the same text over and over again.
Access to Glossaries We create shared term glossaries, which can be accessed by several translators at the same time, that is why in most cases we can assign not just one translator but a team of translators for your documents.
3 options of translation layout
We always strive to preserve the format of the original document in the translated text, according to good practices of translators. Nevertheless it is sometimes impossible due to the peculiarities of technical documentation (images, schemes, graphs). A plain text translation is enough for internal use, but a layout may be necessary for further printing out.
1. No layout (plain text)
We offer this option only if you need the translation to be done as quickly as possible. We drop all the images, graphics, text formatting and any other layout elements. The final document will be just plain text. If you are not in a mad rush, choose basic layout option.
2. Basic layout
Translations with basic layout are most common if the final documents are not being prepared for publishing as advertising materials. We pay attention to the text content and don't spend time on graphics, colors, specific text decorations etc. The content will still feature basic text formatting and look a lot like its source document.

3. Exact copy or very close to that
This option speaks for itself. If you want your translation to look exactly the same as the original document just let us know. Please provide high quality source files for best results.
