Not only do our translators have broad medical knowledge – many or them are still practising physicians. We translate as small medical documents, such as medical certificates, as sets of medical documents intended to be used by overseas medical institutions.
medical Translation Rates
We quote medical texts based on the number of words in the source file. We offer a fixed rate for short and simple documents, as well as templates. You can use the rates in the table for approximate quotations. However, some documents may cost more if they have been filled in by hand and are hard to read, or if they contain extremely specialized terms.

Self Learning Translator Search Algorythm
Even professionals cannot translate texts of all ranges of topics and genres equally well. We know how to find out who can handle your medical records best.
We collect statistics and select translators by several parameters:
- Education in a medical field. Among our translators, there are both medical doctors with extra education in philology and linguists with vocational degree in medicine.
- Translation history. We keep stats on number of translated documents, editor's comments and whether the deadlines are met.
- Feedback provided by other physicians and customers. Maybe the most important sign of whether the translator knows enough to handle the topic.
All the data are stored in our translation management system. Project managers don't have to guess, they choose from the best matching translators.

Let us know if you need to translate just a part of the document
Sets of medical documents usually contain repetitions like hospital details, advertising information, or any other unrelated text in the file. We can exclude it from translated files at your request.
Medical documents are often drawn up on letterheads with company details. This is mostly true for German documents; there are names of departments, names of doctors, their contact details and fields of expertise listed along with the exact address and bank details. All that is not likely to be relevant to your physician who is familiar with your document. At your request, we can exclude it from the translation and thereby reduce the costs. In addition, if you are familiar with the contents and interested in translating some paragraphs but not the entire text, you can specify the necessary parts (underline, circle, highlight, explain to us in person, etc.) when you make a request.
Translation will look similar to the original document
We mainly work with the text, but we look after the formatting as well. To be more exact we recreate the original document in another language, even if it has been sent to us as an image.
Such a "recreation" means that the target text layout will be as close as possible to the source file:
- we will rebuild tables and lists;
- we will copy the images, photos, and other graphics (not applicable for some file types);
- if your doctor has underlined or highlighted a particular parameter or recommendation, we will mark such text in the translation too.
