Estimated translation quotes for medical test & examination reports
Translation rates depend on the number of words in the source document. There is a minimum charge for small documents equivalent to the rate per 250 words.
Responsibility at every step
Medical reports are quite challenging to translate. They not have all the features common to medical text, but often come as a set of documents issued by various medical professionals. We have translated many documents of the like and we know what to do at every translation stage to provide you with high quality service.
General medical knowledge and terms used in various medical fields are crucial to being a medical translator. Nevertheless, a quality professional education is a must. That’s why we work with highly qualified medical translators who take their job very seriously.
Attention to detail
No other type of medical documents has so many figures, abbreviations, acronyms, and, of course, handwritten text. Our decades of experience make it possible for us to deliver out translations successfully: if a handwritten text turns out to be quite challenging to translate, our translators can contact medical specialists or submit their texts to be checked by a proofreader who is well experienced in the field. All data is scrupulously double-checked by a translator and then by a proofreader.
A German certificate with a complex layout
A Russian translation with the overall structure kept in the target file (on 2 pages)
We keep the overall layout and transfer images into the target file
We do our best to make the target file layout similar to the source file and try to place the target text accordingly. However, keeping the scanned results of an X-ray, CT, or ultrasonography images and various charts in target files is much more important because they are as crucial to get an understanding of medical test results as the text itself. We’ll do our best to use high quality images so that your doctor finds them convenient to work with.
