Translation of Invoices

Get your invoice translated by a local Russian translation bureau

Translation of an invoice, both separate and as part of a package of documents will take us 1-2 days. All we need for this is a copy of the original document of at least average quality. If necessary, the translation can be further notarized or certified.

Invoice Translation Rates

Rates for the translation of one-sheet invoices are fixed. For invoices on two or more sheets, the price is based on the number of words in it.

Common languages
Into Russian
$0,06 / word
From Russian
$0,10 / word
Common languages are the most popular ones (like English, French, German, Spanish etc.). There are lots of Russian translators of these languages, that is why we can offer lower rates.
Rare languages
Into Russian
$0,10 / word
From Russian
$0,15 / word
There are languages that only few translators work with, such as Icelandic, Japanese, or Pashto. We call them rare languages and charge more to translate from or into them.

Translation of invoices and proforma invoices.

If an invoice is to be further certified, we pay special attention to data accuracy and layout features. If the invoice is enclosed in the package of documents (e.g. for customs), we provide that repeated terms have the same translation throughout the whole set.

Double-check of the most important points

The translator will not only translate the text, but also check the main information of the invoice: description of goods, quantity, articles, sizes, cost. Then this data will be rechecked by the editor or the corrector.

If the invoice is enclosed in the package of documents, we will make sure the main information is translated identically in the whole set (even if the translation is urgent).

We Keep to The Original Layout

We keep to the template of the original so that it would be easy to compare the original and the translated documents.

Normally, there’s a list of data that a proper invoice should include:

  • the word ‘INVOICE’;
  • unique invoice number;
  • date when it was issued;
  • business name and date of both you and your client;
  • description, outlining the products/services offered;
  • individual unit cost;
  • total amount due;
  • payment terms – early settlement discounts, fines for late payments.

Nevertheless, sometimes some parts of this information may be missed. Please, keep in mind that we don’t harmonise your invoice with this template. In other words, we neither add any data nor remove, say, ‘empty’ rows of tables.

Оформленный перевод на русском

Sometimes an invoice may be issued in two or more languages. In this case we’ll have to know, which language to translate from. More often than not, the translation will be made from the language of the country of issue, but you may require translation from any language of issue.

Sometimes the data in the original language may slightly differ from that in dubbing languages. Please, keep in mind that in this case we translate only the information from the source language.
